Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Information:
We at Stevie & Co. are committed to providing you with top-notch service and delivering your orders promptly. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days for our FL warehouse and 5-7 days for our secondary warehouse. Addresses that are listed as P.O. Boxes will not be able to be shipped via UPS and will be shipped USPS.
- Shipping Times: We offer Standard shipping which generally takes 5-7 days for delivery from our FL warehouse after processing and 12-14 days from our secondary warehouse after processing. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the dollar amount/size and destination of your order. FREE shipping is offered on all orders above $115.00.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Stevie & Co. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS.
- International Shipping: Stevie & Co does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.
Returns Policy:
At Stevie & Co, we hope that you love all your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Please note the following regarding returns:
- Returns Policy: Online purchases are eligible for a refund only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
- Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Tags must be attached or we will not refund! No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and please ship back via USPS and UPS.
- No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to: Stevie & Co, 16296 SE 83rd Ave, Summerfield, FL 34491.
- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
- Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping, please contact us immediately at shopstevieco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will gladly assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
